No, $30 that is what they got at some auctions mainly of primary deposit stones, MUS is secondary, less carets per tonne but higher grade because the alluvial deposition has already gravity sorted the stones to some point. For these quality stones GEM got ten times and more than $30.
All the data of what GEM got at various auctions is freely available, apart from individual prices of their larger stones - you really should make a bit more of an effort to study it and also understand the difference between the primary and secondary deposits.
