The rough stone buyers are likely to be the best source of finance for the company. The have a vested interest in seeing MUS succeed now as the alternative is MUS falls over and they are left dealing with GEM only. While they are not going to lend unless they have seen the inventory with their own eyes, they will lend if they know MUS has quality stones.
If MUS is sitting on a pile of quality stones and they have lined up the finance from the buyers to get them to October, then we are talking Theory 1. If they don't yet have the stones, but they now know where they are then we are talking Theory 2. I can live with either, it is only a theory 3 that would get me worked up.
