How they handle their capital requirements will highlight how competent management is. If they're forced to do a another placement because no other options are viable so soon after the 7.7c raising then shareholders will savage them. In hindsight they should have raised more at 7.7c when they had the chance. They're obviously inexperienced at cost estimates and budgeting. I hope the CEO wasn't flying business class on his roadshows?
