    I wonder how much tea money it will take to get it out of the ground?

    I live in Cambodia and the Govt has no idea how to handle the emerging mining sector, the mining companies don't know where they stand with the government and the mining laws (what ones they have) are retarded at best.

    Stick to West Africa!
