I left the AGM with the distinct view that no one on the Board, nor the CEO, speak English. Which begs the question, can they manage an ASX listed company?

I heard the Chairman say, through the intrepeter, that he (he clearly thinks he is the board) intends to appoint an Australian director and Managing Director. This would be useful. Hopefully they can replace the current board and management who clearly are just stooges for Jinchuan and are enjoying their salaries and benefits.

I spoke with the CFO and Secretary. They seem dedicated to the course but I suspect its a losing battle.

I asked questions after the AGM and was told the Business Development Manager is Michelle Wang. How much business does she or can she generate? What are her achievements to date? Or is she a stooge too?

I actually do hold shares and wish they'd bring back Al Cooke - one of the founding directors who makes the current CEO (Jina Hua Sang) and Board look very incompetent.
