this applies to all companies with announcements 'in the pipeline' especially those such as ADO, AHZ, PAB and the like.

there's only about three weeks left before the effective Xmas 'shutdown' happens. Companies don't normally make significant announcements just prior to the Xmas break, nor immediately after, and it's often towards the end of January before they get serious again. Companies want the casino in full swing when they announce news materially affecting their situation, so there's an info drought during Xmas. And typically stocks drift back a bit simply through lack of interest during this time. Good to keep some powder dry just in case any 'bargains' turn up during this time.
