Thanks for the link hotdunnasday. I think we all know there's a wet season there and it rains quite a bit in the region, but the bom doesn't really answer the question about mining during the wet. Of course, roads will be built to support the heavy machinery, but exactly how it effects in pit operations is the question. Perhaps it's just a minor consideration, but I like making big deals of out minor considerations. Just interested really how the wet will effect year round ops, or if all the staff go on holidays for 3 months to catch some barra.
