Hi arthur,
notice of cancellation of the AGM due to the retirement of Frank Burke. They wish to give shareholders time to consider alternatives.
Notice also says that by delaying the meeting they may be able to present plans for the restructure at the rescheduled AGM.
Doesn't sound like a company going under does it!!
