Many of these issues could have been resolved by openness (without revealing secrets), communication, and humanity by the people in charge of FBR.
Of course when things don't go to plan or the plan is drastically changed to lowered benchmarks investors who have no idea what's going on behind the scenes will get anxious. It's only human. We've all been fd before.
I can pass the blame when a small handful of people act out but it's a different story when a significant number of holders on Hotcopper get frustrated.
