All I am saying is that the company placing the 15m is associated with some bad people and that's why idc had to pull the deal.

The money was there, but it wasn't until idc did their homework realised they couldn't partner up with this company due to who they were associated with.

If you have been following the press lately u will be able to put the dots together as to who it was.
