The sell down I find mystifying.

I can think of 2 alternatives.

!. some one knows more about the joint venture talks than me.

2. A slow down trend annoys holders so much , that on a market uptick they will sell out.

I still cant get an angle on the $00.09 placement, and the claim by management that it was pulled for equity reasons in joint venture discussions.

What is that meant to mean?
