It is easy to stand on the outside and throw rocks when you don't understand the whole story. But enough points in there for good discussion so fair enough.

And stefoid - forgive me if I put it in this this thread and answer... On debt in this debt bubble you don't know when it will be called and what the counter party risk is. They might want it back "right now" when you really don't want to part with money - so a big risk. The main problem however is that they come with all sorts of horrible and onerous restrictions and even a hedge. You get clamped down by the lender and have to jump through hurdles and justify your own decisions - not ideal at all. It can work but not ideal.
