    Agreed, but stump up the cash now or wait till the sp is re-rated, advance the projects then stump up the cash, then look for a takeover. Carl Icahn isn't a major holder of CDS (YET ;) so I don't think there will be any sort of major move without directors, so control is a mute point given that there is no real possibility of losing it.

    I just don't see it at the moment.
