The directors did say that they would issue the placement at the best price possible for the co.
To me that means after an upgrade. I certainly think that 60c would be a good price after an upgrade and change of activity.

I'm not 100% on it. People seem to suggest that the co needs to be above 20c for 2 months for a change of name and activity to take affect.
Reading it though seems to suggest that Comdek may be able to change activities without trading above 20c for 2 months.
