I think that unfortunately the company is now at the mercy of JV partners who have either cut back their exploration budgets and/or are focussing on other acreage.
PCL can only really stay put and reduce costs wherever possible until others start up again.
No activity will happen with oil at current prices.
So they've moved into smaller offices to save money. Hope they are turning the lights off when they leave each room!
Definitely a bottom draw stock. A dirty little secret you keep from the family until things ramp up again.
