re: 1.20 exactly my point - a lot of pontificating about doom with no real follow-through into shorting action by the PIs themselves (so they are just whinging wimps) - half the problems at Ching are probably over-egged by the JV to get the mauritanian govt signed up thinking "yeah, this oil business is perhaps harder than we thought, better sign now while the going is good"
