Sorry Kalimaya, you wanted to know how it will play out, i've completely missed the point of your post in adding my 2c worth.
Quite frankly, unless some counter offer starts to rear it's head, I'd like to see a challenge, I'd like to see the major holders get together & find a board they have confidence in. we only had 25% of holders annoyed last year & they've not exactly improved their cause since.
oh..forgot to mention CRE/Stone in my rant :)
