    Shell's interest is only in the tenements, however it would be highly unlikely for Shell to sit back and let Origin snap up the other 70%. The only way they could do that would be to buy the shares as AOE wouldnt do a similar deal to the one they did with Shell ie sell 70% of their interests in their tenements to ORG as this would mean they would be left with 0% interest in their tenements, who would buy the shares??? Anyway my point is ORG would have to snap up the shares of AOE, now if you were a Director in Shell would you sit back and let a future rival player in the LNG business buy the other 70% of AOEs tenements??? Common sense would tell you it aint going to happen and if ORG were to attempt it, they couldnt possibly win any bidding war that would break out, ORG Directors would be well aware of this. However, that said i have been wrong before!
