Adult shop has been going up a .5 of a cent last couple of days...

Adult shop has been going up a .5 of a cent last couple of days with a cap always hanging just off the market, usually rising up as buyers get close.
Although im not an expert on small caps, I would have thought that when a small company tunrs from a loss maker to a good profit maker within 6 months then it should be re-rated.

Any opinions?
