Having said that, so long as they are short of 90%, they ain't going anywhere.

The fear campaign will kick in with heavy supression of the sp. Sensing noone budges, WNI will then start buying and the tide will turn violently in a mother of sp spikes.

I think they intend to carry out the plan similar to what I envisage before the April deadline.
