Question - has anyone seen or heard any comms/news from LTR re: the acquisition? (not including the original release on Monday).
I can't find anything and it seems unusual the board/TO aren't on the front foot trying to sell the deal to shareholders.
Perhaps I'm impatient but ALB held an investor conference call yesterday. If anything LTR management have more work to do convincing us shareholders of the merits of the deal due to the 180 nature of this. Perhaps they're not too concerned as they hold the majority of votes?
