that’s great, but I think the huge holders ( bod &. mates / suits) will make 75% share approval hard to block
BUT there is good chance if the massive number of small retail shareholders ( over 20k of us hold just on 3% of LTR) are lobbied, and see how they have ‘had the prize snatched from them by bod’, it may well be possible to get more than 50%of the number of shareholders who i cast a vote to say NO.
