I'm also in the 1500 category..At this point in time a $3 offer is a slap in the face..ABL and their minions have categorically manipulated LTR share price for months keeping the lid on the SP..
Someone mentioned that maybe the reason for this sudden move by management is to break the manipulation and with the expert's decision on fairness of offer to ultimately say NOT FAIR OFFER..
In any event, my vote is also a BIG NO..
