There has been a great deal of discussion regarding the Directors fees and the employee share plan.
I rang BHP and spoke to their corporate dept and asked for their views. Athough they did not say that they would or would not support the items on the agenda the tone of the conversation lead me to beleive that BHP will give them the thumbs up.
Its good to see that in reading my previous post on Hot Copper BHP realised that since I am giving APG my full support with items on the agenda that they should do the same.
