The undisclosed seller wants to put a cap on the price rise to accumulate @ 0.165 or 0.17
Normally if you want to offload >$500k, the order would not be sitting there for everyone to see but rather drip fed to the market as the seller knows an order of this size can impact buy/sell sentiment
