Martin Aircraft Company hosts US Congressional Staff Delegation

Martin Aircraft had the pleasure to host Senior US Congressional Staff members from both the Republican and Democrats parties at our production facilities in Christchurch today.
The delegation comprised of Legislative Directors and Advisers to key members of the US House of Representatives, Caucus and other important Subcommittees including the House Ways and Means Committee and Select Revenue Measures Subcommittee.
As a disruptive technology, much like the helicopter was when first developed the Martin Jetpack presents opportunities for deployment into new roles and applications. The delegation which included experts on Strategic Security Studies were keen to see first-hand these capabilities and explore the operational advantages for the Jetpack over traditional modes of transport.
All took up the opportunity to fly the Jetpack simulator and experience its ease of operation and manoeuvrability.
