I can't see that any update on HS-1 drilling will give much if any insight into whether the well can be counted as a discovery or not. That will depend on testing at the end of the well which is still likely to be two weeks away. At these depths, reservoir quality and produceability are always the issues not only the presence of hydrocarbons.

It will be interesting to speculate whether Eni will commit to B-2 drilling in their presentation this evening as suggested by Dr Daz. I don't see any reason why Eni would.

This will not make it any easier for those shareholders still deciding whether or not to take up the share offer.
