Everyone has different targets to sell, different methods of investing etc.
So really it is up to you. We do know that nothing keeps going up forever, and that profit-taking & consolidation are inevitable. So bear that in mind.
One thing I often do if I am unsure what to do, is to sell 50% of my holding at a preset target, locking in 50% of profits ... then I feel comfortable to sit and allow it to run its course, still being exposed if it keeps flying.
