I'd hazard a guess that the Browns foresee TNG attaining finance and moving forward with production and they're some of the wealthiest and financially switched-on people in Australia. A brilliant example of their expertise regarding foresight is their purchase of a significant parcel in FMG well before financing and look what took place there! Regarding their strategy, they've openly stated that they are investors as opposed to traders. I'm guessing that the experience and expertise of the Browns is far superior to yours so I would rather follow their lead.

If you have ever financed and built a house, you would know full well of the delays and set-backs involved. Now multiply that by, let's say 2000! I am very confident with TNG moving forward, but it's not as simple, smooth process as many expect.
