Market investors will be yelling if Yellen goes ahead with her trademark "mark to market" taxation on unrealised capital gains.

This means every year at tax time you will have to add up the market value of all the shares and assets you own, and if they are worth more than last year you will pay your marginal tax rate on the gain - even though all your money is invested in your assets and not in your pockets!

And if you don't hand over the tax, they will force you to sell your assets and give them the money or they will take your assets off you and sell them for the tax owed leaving you broke.

Its socialist USA now! They will be begging for Trump to come back when they realise what they have got running the place now!
