Also a couple suggested an earlier cut off time of 10 PM we have discussed this before and honestly looking at the results over the months it makes little to no difference whether you put your bid in at 10 or 11 most of the winners have been those players who cast their bid prior to 10

So I believe the deadline should stand at 29 minutes before the open of the NYSE ... 11:01 EST precisely
