Greg, everyone is fully entitled to their investing/trading strategy, and I think you made the right decision for yourself to protect your capital, also there's nothing wrong with others remaining calm and wait for longer term. We are all grown up, no need to be told what's right or wrong and what to do. At the end of the day we are accountable for our own actions and live with our own decisions.
The reason why I responded quoting your past comments was because I was not impressed to read your description of 'unbridled optimism' to Scarin's post, which in my view it was intended for some humour only. You were one of those optimismists before. Just give it a laugh, shall we?
PRR thread needs more informative posts, including the one you did today responding to Carols' question, it's more constructive and makes difference.
