Thanks Elroy. In future I'll try to start the thread earlier, when market's closing, to save those situations. At least you still got to start the theme. You put lettuce in BEFORE toasting??? interesting, LOL. Got me craving one of my favourites - fresh baguette with camembert & rocket - similar combo, but quite different!

Hard to know which way to go with the market, but yesterday seemed too good to be true perhaps, so I'll say

on a white bread sandwich!!
