SPI Futures traded in a 39 point range last night, with a high of 5691, low of 5652 and a close this morning of 5676, up 13 points on low volume of 9,858 contracts. Based on that range, my resistance lines are 5712, 5702, 5697, 5693, 5688, 5683, with the pivot point at 5673 and support lines at 5663, 5658, 5654, 5649, 5644 and 5634.
Not much of a lead from US markets as they were closed. Europe were in the red, but nothing too scary. London down 1.44 pct and Frankfurt down 1.19 pct. Canada (resource driven) were up .77 pct.
Trump tweeting again, saying the trade war is all good, probably behind a strange 14 point up and down bar at the close, with gaps down at 71, 69 and 60. As usual, keep an eye on those US futures when they re-open in a couple of hours. Have a nice day.
