Well, investors will either like the solid increase in first time unemployed if they think data is now stacking up for earlier rate cuts that the Fed has been telegraphing of late OR, investors will fret the increased in first time unemployed suggests the US economy is tipping towards a slowdown, if not a mild recession … toss the coin.
