voltaire, time will tell. personally, i don't have a strong feeling on this one. the rally in the u.s. from the august was fairly broad based as opposed to ours which was lead for the most part by the miners. so, i'm wondering if this correction in the u.s. is a combination of an options play and working off overbought signals.
as you know, followers of the hurst model also suggest that this correction should be a mild one and the next major confluence of cycle lows are not due til mid/late december (which should result is in a correction on par with august or perhaps even more significant).
thu, it doesn't really matter to me as i've already sold the last of my long positions and will now take a wait and see approach.....til the fed meeting next week?
