Looks like LME base metals dipped around mid-day in London. More bearish noises attributed to the Bank for International Settlements & the ECB has increased interest rates, as promised by Trichet.
Can't find any other news so one of more of these appears to have eroded BHP's 3+% earlier gains in London - now light red along with NY.
