Thursday March 12 - P for Pandemic, or Panic ?

SPI Futures did yet another big range last night, being 259 points, with a high of 5756, low of 5497, and a close this morning of 5528, down 200 points, on volume of 31,670 contracts. DOW down 1,464 points, or 5.86 pct, SNP down 4.89 pct and Canada (resource driven) down 4.60 pct. VIX up 13.95 pct to 53.90. If in doubt, stay out, or as my old boss used to say, "If you don't know what to do, do nothing until you know what to do - as to do nothing, is to do something". Not sure 'stimulus' is going to help, however, as usual, we shall see. cheers
