SPI Futures traded in a 45 point range last night, with a high of 6434, low of 6389 and a close this morning at 6399, down 31 points of volume of 13,000 contracts. Based on that range, my pivot point and R and S levels are below. Gaps from last night up at 6401, 6405, 6414, 6430 and from previous days at 6461, 6470, 6471 and 6476. Gaps down at 6368 (the 80 pointer, which is now only a 20 pointer), 6365, 6357 and 6353. Yes, the "it would take a miracle for that breakaway gap to fill, coz it's going up forever" gap poof is closer than ever - funny that. US-China trade war and world growth 'Worries' and US Treasury yield curve inversion sending the DOW down .87 pct, SNP down .69 pct and Canada (resource driven) down more, at 1.02 pct. VIX up 2.29 pct to 17.90. Have a nice day.

Today in 2014, Seth MacFarlane's film "A Million Ways to Die in the West" was released to theatres, and was MacFarlane's first live-action role on the big screen. Working on the trading version - "A million ways to trade the SPI" I'm sure it will be a hit, or even better, "A million gaps on the SPI" - I'm sure that one would go Poof.
