In my early trading days in the 1980's I subscribed to my first newsletter.
It came every month on a poorly "roneo'd" (is that the right word for a rotary duplicator using a wax master) copy.
It was called the Lattern Letter and from an old trader from QLD I think.
Based around Gann from memory and I am told he actually gave up his prognostications as he felt it might no longer be possible.
The reason I mention him is that one gem he imparted was that when you see IBM performing well you know the party is almost over.
Well, IBM is performing lately.
It performed well into Sep 2007 and performed well into mid 2008 and now.
Of course it may perform stronger for longer.
