im thinking JAN or coinciding with a 100% construction completion, the Malaysian government has no need to rush to give it, the other day lyc installed the air monitoring system and there doing another one next month, communication is on going and i believe now the Malaysians will see how it plays out until completion of project.. No injury or mishaps will be the icing on the cake for the permit with project completion...
Unfortunately i should have waited another month to buy in as the crisis is euro, weakening rare earth price and release of permit to Jan imo will push the stock lower... $1 will be tested this week and then 90 cents... but that will be the lowest point imo
