And yet..
QBE has a huge investment portfolio and when I look at this monthly chart, I find it hard not to think there has to be a bounce at least.
Perhaps it has nothing to do with world stock prices and maybe just a case of being oversold. I refer most to the lower indicator, the slow stoch.
