Could it be that the Bank of New York have purposely caused this drop in the sp to buy up shares cheaply?
IMO by setting such a high sell price on the NASDAQ they ensured that no trades went through and as a result, the sp on the ASX dropped, giving them the chance to buy up at a cheaper price.
