yes MTE, I think many were of a similar view, but the issue became confused and no one seemed able to clarify the true position in the end - so it's sought of still hanging out there...
the from the link you provided you can see within the F-6 filing that the Proposed maximum aggregate offering price was stated as $2,500,000.00, for a Proposed maximum aggregate price per unit of US$5.00
now this may be old news, but to me that suggests an initial offering on the nasdaq of 500,000 ADRs (or 15 million PRRs) - if I'm right about this, then we haven't even scratched the surface of US volume and expected uptake yet --- and whether or not 15 million PRRs have been bought here by our US facilitators (BNY and the market makers) is still not clear at all
