The fact that the golden cross has resulted in a strong uptrend 9 out of 9 times in 30 years is nearly fundamental in itself.
There is not much T/A required to look at a 30 year chart of SPX and count the number of times the 200sma crosses down over the 50sma. It has happened 9 times and looks as though it’s going to happen again. (Statistically).
If I’m wrong, the stops will happen when the death cross appears. (When 200ma crosses up)
