Sarala , keep your chin up, i see a little cranky pants happening there re the fustration. Can i share with you some year end stats that could cheer you up for your short term trading especially SPI.

These are usually the 3 daes i watch for year end
21 nov, 5, 18 and then you have the end 31st.

The period 21 to 5 has a 73% of being green
The period 5 to 18 has a 52% chance of being red
The period 18 to 31 has a 96% chance of being green

The best and worst for each period are as follows
21 to 5 - 1986 9% and 1990 -4%
5 to 18 - 1992 6% and 2007 -5%
18 to 31 - 1983 6% and 2000 was the only negative at -2%

So far, this period 21 to 5 is around 13% from the low and and 6.5% from close on 21. So we are breaking history if we maintain or go higher into the 5th :)))
