Golf … always walk … the swing looks after upper body … fitting in exercise with something that I enjoy works for me … my golf buddy tomorrow is tuffing it out with painful bursitis … I suggested a cart and he bristled lol.

I will read up on Powell’s speech tonight and post something in the morning. With edgy markets at present I can’t see him throwing grenades … but then if the reaction to what he says tonight causes bond yields to jump I don’t think he would be unhappy.
