Personal consumption Expenditure (PCE) has eased to 4.7% from 4.9 .1% better than expected. OPEC's turning on the taps in July for another .6BPD and after a bit of argy bargy Russia has relinquished Snake Island to loosen access for sea bound grain as result of Lithuania easing its position on Russian access to Kaliningrad.
