DR trade, divergence appears in many indicators but basically it is when the indicator and price action are moving in different directions. It 's usually applied to peaks in price and the indicator. Usually precedes a change in direction of price and is reasonably reliable. The more pronounced the difference, usually the bigger the change in direction. Do a google search for RSI divergence. Plenty of info out there.
