Here's a ratio of chart of DowIndustrials/DowTransports.
It makes the evidence on Mongo's chart even more dramatic and provides confirmation of the dire outlook of the SPX/RUT that I posted earlier.
Dow Theory depends on non-confirmation between the Industrials and the Transports for its predictions.
Perhaps the Ratio chart provides an early warning of what might be in store.
We shall see.
